On Tuesday 17th December Bob was delighted to have been invited to visit the Herefordshire and Ludlow College where he was met by the Principal, Mr Ian Peake. He was given a tour of the new premises which were designed specifically for the College after very close consultation with the Principal and Staff.
The College operates from three campuses, Hereford, Holme Lacy and Ludlow. In Hereford it offers a wide range of full-time and part-time courses which include: Access to Higher Education, Administration, Beauty Therapy, Brickwork, Business, Plumbing to name a few. At Holme Lacey they provide a range of courses at their specialist land-based campus and commercially managed 257 hectare estate, which includes an arable, beef and step farm, woodlands, orchards and lakes. These include Agriculture, Land-based Technology, Animal Care and Management, Blacksmithing and Metalworking courses as well as many more. At Ludlow, the College provides an excellent choice of A levels for school leavers.
