Shrieval Service

The High Sheriff and his wife attended the Shrieval Service in Hereford Cathedral. This Choral Evensong was attended by several hundred, in particular the Judiciary of Herefordshire, those who administer law and those who render voluntary service. The Dean and High Sheriff welcomed all those attending. The Right Honourable Lord Justice McFarlane and Mrs Victoria Harley read lessons and the sermon was given by the Bishop. The Reverend Mike Catling, The High Sheriff’s Chaplain, led the Prayers of Intercession.
