A service of thanksgiving was held in St Peters Church, Hereford to celebrate The Right Worshipful the Mayor of Hereford, Councillor Philip Edwards year in Office as the 632nd Mayor of Hereford. The service was conducted byThe Mayors Chaplain, The Reverend Prebendary Paul Towner. The theme was “Seek the Common Good” Presentations were made by 2 charities, St Michael’s Hospice and John Venn’s Arch. St Francis Xavier’s School Choir sang 2 pieces. The High Sheriff represented The Lord Lieutenant at this service. The Chairman of Herefordshire Council also attended.
