Podcast Benchtalk: Episode 11 – Sam Stables

Sam Stables and his wife Emily have set up a charity challenging mental health issues in the farming industry. Sam talks very frankly about his own difficult childhood and experiences that have made him want to change the overwhelming statistics around farmer suicide. On average in the UK one farmer per week takes their own life. Listen to this engaging young man talk about his journey so far, and how his determination and resilience are pushing through. Sam and Emily are such positive forces I am sure they will be successful.
