On Monday 23rd June 2014 a Flag raising ceremony took place at the Shire Hall to mark the start of Armed Forces week.  The Parade was led by the Lord Lieutenant.  Admiral Wilcox, General Foley and Air vice Marshall Smart represented the 3 services and the Chairman of the Council, The worshipful Mayor of Hereford and the Mayors of the market towns attended.
