Declaration of Bill Jackson as High Sheriff of Herefordshire

The High Sheriff and his wife attended the Declaration of Bill Jackson as High Sheriff of Herefordshire in the Shire Hall. The presiding Judge, His Honour Daniel Pearce-Higgins gave an address. The High Sheriff gave a speech which reflected upon his Shrieval year. Following the Declaration Mr and Mrs Harley gave a party for the assembled company.
