Launching The Country Food Trust in Herefordshire

A great turn out last week when I helped launch The Country Food Trust in Herefordshire. Eastnor Castle was a great backdrop for a large gathering of farmers, big shoots and small as well as all the food banks, local charities, mayors, plus the Lord Lieutenant and the Chairman of HC. The CFT have worked out a way of efficiently turning game into nutrient rich stews, Bolognese sauce and more; and delivering across the country via charities.
