It’s time to celebrate the unseen, unpaid army of carers in our county who make a huge contribution to services. By caring for their nearest and dearest, they enable people to stay in their own homes and out of the NHS.

Mostly this care is provided behind closed doors so others are unaware of the hours of support which is provided. Let’s help getting this year’s theme across by #MakingCareVisible.
