It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and commercial, community and BBC radio stations across the UK are again set to united for a special message to raise awareness of mental health issues.

For the 3rd year, The Mental Health Minute will be broadcast at 10.59 am on today, and will feature famous voices, including The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Harry Kane to name a few.

Set an alarm, it’s not to be missed.
