Lord Lisvane, previously Robert Rogers, Clerk to the House of Commons, and elevated to the Lords by David Cameron, gave a very interesting talk on the current excitements in Parliament as a result of Brexit. The lecture was in aid of the organ restoration fund at St. Mary’s, Kington.
