Hereford Rotary Club

The High Sheriff, Mr Bill Jackson Esq., gave a talk to the Hereford Rotary Club after their monthly dinner at the Bay Horse, Kings Acre, about the role and history of the High Sheriff.

The audience was extremely interested, especially in the fact that the office was over 1000 years old, and the oldest office in the land, except for the crown.
