The High Sheriff and his wife attended the formal opening of the Hereford Record and Archive Centre. In his role as President of the Friends of the Hereford Record Office, the High Sheriff and Elizabeth Semper O’Keefe gave HRH the Duke of Kent a tour of the building prior to unveiling of a plaque.
