The High Sheriff attended The Bridge Service to commemorate the 115th anniversary of the building of Sellack’s footbridge across the Wye. Intermittent thunderstorms avoided the event and congregation of some 100 enjoyed and sang lustily to the Lydbrook Town Band. The children of the Pony Club Camp also attended. The service was taken by the Reverend Paul Barlow.
