England v Wales Charity Dinner and Boxing Show

Bob and Bea were guests at the England v Wales Charity Dinner and Boxing Show on Saturday 1st March 2014 at the Hereford Sixth Form College. This was an opportunity to see amateur boxing at its best, with all profits for the evening going towards Muscular Dystrophy.
Organised by England Boxing, Hereford Sixth Form College and The City of Hereford Rotary Club, the teams fought it out in 10 bouts. The England team was led by Alan Keast, the GB Olympic Coach and part of the England training camp and the Welsh team was led by Colin Jones, former British and European Welterweight Champion.
Bob was welcomed by Vince McNally, the Wye ABC Secretary and Richard Roberts who involved in the organising of the evening.
It was a cracking evening, great fund and greatly enjoyed by everyone. Also in attendance was HM Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire, The Countess of Darnley JP, The Earl of Darnley DL, The Chief Constable Mr David Shaw and Mrs Shaw,the Deputy Mayor of Hereford, Councillor Tawn and the Deputy Coroner and Chairman of the Hinton Community Centre, Mr Roland Wooderson.
