Sitting with Judge Daniel Pearce-Higgins in Hereford Circuit Court

Bob and Bea were joined by The High Sheriff’s Chaplain, The Rev Preb Sam Ashton when they sat in Hereford Circuit Court on Monday 3rd February.  They were welcomed by Adrienne Shutt, Chief Clerk.  His Honour Judge Daniel Pearce-Higgins QC presided.  Bob and Bea were impressed by the efficient running of the Court and especially noted the compassion shown by all Court staff towards the victims and defendants.  The Court was operated in a most just and fair manner and is an excellent example of the British Justice System.
